Transforming Your Photos: The Power of Adjustments

As a photographer, I understand how important it is to capture the perfect moment. But sometimes, when browsing galleries, you might think, "I wish my dog was larger in the photo," or "It’s a bit dark; I can’t see my dog clearly."

I totally get it! Capturing the perfect shot isn’t always as easy as it looks. Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at what can be done to make your photos even better.

The Challenges of Event Photography

At events, I’m constantly snapping away, capturing as many moments as I can. With changing light and fast-moving subjects, getting the perfect shot every time can be tricky. Sometimes, there’s a beautiful shot of your dog, but they might be a little small, or perhaps its a little bit too dark to really see the potential of the image. These little details can impact how the photo looks when you first see it.

But don’t worry! If you have had these thoughts then chances are I can edit the photo to make it shine.

💻Editing Your Photos

I would love to edit every photo before putting it online, so you can see every image at its best. But this is very time-consuming and it would take me weeks to get one event online for you to view your photos.

There’s often a lot of hidden detail in the photos that might not be visible in the gallery previews. Sometimes, a little tweak or zoom/crop can reveal details you might not have noticed before, bringing your dog’s personality and the moment to life.

If there’s a particular photo you’d like to see enhanced or edited before making a purchase, feel free to send me a message! I’m happy to adjust things like brightness, contrast, cropping, and more to bring out the best in your photo. However, I ask that you only request an edit if you’re seriously considering buying the image. Editing takes time, and I want to make sure I’m giving each request the attention it deserves.

All you need to do is select “favourite” on the image(s) in the online gallery and send me an email by clicking here or sending me a Facebook message.

I love being able to capture your dog’s special moments, and I’m always happy to help enhance those images when needed. If you see a photo in your gallery that could use a little editing magic, don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’m here to make sure you end up with the perfect shot to treasure for years to come!
